OUR POLICIES
Check In/Check Out
Check-In is between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Arrangements for late arrivals should be made in advance with the Innkeeper. We might be able to accommodate early arrivals but arrangements need to be made in advance. Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m. Please respect this as we need to have time to clean the rooms for the next guests. Special arrangements may be made for late check-out but a fee $50 fee will be incurred.

Pub & Restaurant Hours:
Monday&Tuesday - Closed
Wednesday & Thursday - 5-9pm
Friday - 4-10pm
Saturday - 4-10pm
Sunday - 4-8pm
Due to the fact that the pub & restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday, there is no one on premise after 5/6pm but we will make arrangements to meet you upon arrival or give you directions on how to get in. We are also close by if you need anything and will be provided a phone number for assistance if you need anything during your stay.
Quiet Hours
Please be aware that we are an inn and a restaurant. There may be noise from downstairs during dinner hours. Also, because of the size of our inn, there will be no one on premise between the hours of 11pm-8am. These are the inn's quiet hours. During these hours we expect the guest to be quiet. Please respect the other guests and be aware that unruly guests will be asked to leave and will be charged a $100 fee. If assistance is needed during these hours please call the number provided to you.
Leaving & Re-Entering Inn
To re-enter inn after the pub/restaurant is closed you will have to go through the SIDE door on the deck. You have been given a code and that will unlock the door. Make sure to have your code with you when you leave.
Smoking
There will be a $200 charge for smoking on the premises.
Owner's Rights
The Creekside Inn is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for guest accidents or injury, or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Property Issues
Any damages, stolen items, or broken items occurring during the stay will be the full financial responsibility of the guest, including anyone traveling with the guest. Any special clean-up resulting in damages caused by the guests will be charged to the credit card. Charges may need to be applied after guest departure as deemed necessary by the Owner/Innkeeper. White noise machine replacement - $50. Towel replacement - $15.
Housekeeping
Please let us know if you need something. Your room will be straightened and new towels will be provided after a two-night stay. There is a door hanger in your room. Please hang outside the door if you do not want to be bothered.
Payment Policy
Credit card authorization is required to reserve a room. At the time of booking, a deposit is required equal to one night's lodging or 50% of total for longer stays. Full payment is due the day of arrival and will be charged to the credit card given at time of booking.
Room rates include double occupancy and a continental breakfast. Rates are quoted per night excluding tax(8.75% + 5%).
Handicap Accessibility
The restaurant is handicap accessible, however, the rooms are upstairs and we do not have an elevator. This. makes the rooms not handicap accessible.
Cancellation Policy
Making a reservation at a bed and breakfast is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy:
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
No-shows are responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival: your deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made 30-14 days prior to arrival: your deposit will be refunded less a $25 re-booking fee per night.
Cancellations (including changes) made 13 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival forfeit the 50% deposit and if the room is unable to be re-booked, the full reservation value will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of making the reservation. There are no exceptions to this policy including sickness, family emergencies, or weather related issues.
